🚗 VEHICLE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ AIRPORT PICKUP
When exiting the airport, at the end of the hallway, you’ll see the
traffic light.
Cross the pedestrian crossing and immediately to your
left, you’ll see the parking area.
When you arrive,
send me a message and I’ll come pick you up in
2-3 minutes.
Once in the vehicle, we’ll drive to an
external parking area near the airport (less than 2 minutes away).
At this location, we’ll carry out the complete
contract initiation process calmly and securely.

Follow these steps in your app:
- ✅ Take photos of vehicle exterior and interior
- ✅ Take photo of fuel level and mileage (full tank receipt will be provided)
- ✅ Take photos of any visible damage
- ✅ Show ID or passport of main driver (and secondary driver if applicable)

🔸 Mandatory Return Conditions
- Fuel Level
The vehicle must be returned with the same diesel level as at pickup.
Fuel receipt must be presented as proof.
- Vehicle Cleanliness
The vehicle must be returned in the same cleanliness condition, both exterior and interior, as at pickup.📍 Recommended service: You can use the nearby gas station (View on Google Maps), Estación de Servicio Repsol – AEROPUERTO, S.N, 07611 Palma, Balearic Islands, with washing and vacuum services.
⚠️ EXTRA CLEANING FEES
The vehicle must be returned
clean and in the same condition as when collected.
If this condition is not met, the following fees will apply to cover professional cleaning costs:
- 🪑 Dirty seats: stains, white marks, mud, liquids, or odors.
💶 Cost: 100 € + VAT
- 🚙 Dirty interior: sand, mud, or general dirt on floor mats or flooring.
💶 Cost: 50 € + VAT
Note: Both fees may be applied simultaneously.
💡 These conditions are part of the rental agreement.
In case of non-compliance, the amount will be charged through the booking platform.
🔸 Final Return Process
- Before signing the return, joint photos will be taken through the app of the vehicle’s final condition: exterior, interior, mileage, and fuel level.
- After completing the process, a complimentary transfer to the airport will be offered (2 minutes from the return location).
