When exiting the airport, at the end of the hallway, you’ll see the traffic light. Cross the pedestrian crossing and immediately to your left, you’ll see the parking area. When you arrive, send me a message and I’ll come pick you up in 2-3 minutes. Once in the vehicle, we’ll drive to an external parking area near the airport (less than 2 minutes away). At this location, we’ll carry out the complete contract initiation process calmly and securely.

🔸 Mandatory Return Conditions

  • Fuel Level The vehicle must be returned with the same diesel level as at pickup. Fuel receipt must be presented as proof.
  • Vehicle Cleanliness The vehicle must be returned in the same cleanliness condition, both exterior and interior, as at pickup.📍 Recommended service: You can use the nearby gas station (View on Google Maps), Estación de Servicio Repsol – AEROPUERTO, S.N, 07611 Palma, Balearic Islands, with washing and vacuum services.

⚠️ EXTRA CLEANING FEES

The vehicle must be returned clean and in the same condition as when collected. If this condition is not met, the following fees will apply to cover professional cleaning costs:
  • 🪑 Dirty seats: stains, white marks, mud, liquids, or odors. 💶 Cost: 100 € + VAT
  • 🚙 Dirty interior: sand, mud, or general dirt on floor mats or flooring. 💶 Cost: 50 € + VAT
Note: Both fees may be applied simultaneously.

💡 These conditions are part of the rental agreement. In case of non-compliance, the amount will be charged through the booking platform.

🔸 Final Return Process

  1. Before signing the return, joint photos will be taken through the app of the vehicle’s final condition: exterior, interior, mileage, and fuel level.
  2. After completing the process, a complimentary transfer to the airport will be offered (2 minutes from the return location).

🚗 INSTRUCCIONES DE ENTREGA DEL VEHÍCULO

1️⃣ RECOGIDA EN EL AEROPUERTO

Al salir del aeropuerto, verás al final del pasillo el semáforo.
Cruza el paso de peatones y justo a tu izquierda encontrarás el aparcamiento.
Una vez allí, envíame un mensaje y te recogeré en 2–3 minutos.

Dentro del vehículo nos dirigiremos a una zona de parking exterior cercana al aeropuerto (a menos de 2 minutos).

En este lugar realizaremos de forma tranquila y segura todo el proceso de inicio del contrato:

2️⃣ INICIO DEL CONTRATO

🔸 Condiciones obligatorias de devolución

  • Combustible:
    El vehículo debe devolverse con el mismo nivel de diésel con el que fue entregado.
    Es obligatorio presentar el ticket de repostaje como comprobante.
  • Limpieza del vehículo:
    El vehículo debe devolverse en el mismo estado de limpieza (interior y exterior) en el que se entregó.
    📍 Servicio recomendado: puedes utilizar la estación de servicio cercana

    Repsol – AEROPUERTO, S.N, 07611 Palma, Illes Balears, con servicio de lavado y aspiradora.

⚠️ TASAS DE LIMPIEZA EXTRAORDINARIA

El vehículo debe entregarse limpio y en el mismo estado que en la entrega.
Si no se cumple esta condición, se aplicarán los siguientes importes para cubrir la limpieza profesional:

  • 🪑 Asientos sucios: manchas, barro, líquidos o malos olores.
    💶 Coste: 100 € + IVA
  • 🚙 Interior sucio: arena, barro o suciedad en el suelo o alfombrillas.
    💶 Coste: 50 € + IVA

Nota: ambos importes pueden aplicarse simultáneamente.

💡 Estas condiciones forman parte del contrato de alquiler.
En caso de incumplimiento, el importe será cargado a través de la plataforma de reserva.

🔸 Proceso final de devolución

  1. Antes de firmar la devolución, se realizan fotos conjuntas desde la app del estado final del vehículo: exterior, interior, kilometraje y combustible.
  2. Una vez finalizado el proceso, se ofrece un traslado gratuito al aeropuerto (a 2 minutos del punto de devolución).

🔸 Endgültiger Rückgabeprozess

Une fois dans le véhicule, nous nous rendrons à un parking externe près de l’aéroport (moins de 2 minutes en voiture).

À cet endroit, nous effectuerons tranquillement et en toute sécurité le processus de début de contrat.

  • Niveau de carburant :
    Le véhicule doit être restitué avec le même niveau de diesel qu’à la prise en charge.

  • Propreté du véhicule :
    Le véhicule doit être restitué dans le même état de propreté, à l’extérieur comme à l’intérieur, qu’à la prise en charge. 📍 Service recommandé : Vous pouvez utiliser la station-service à proximité (Voir sur Google Maps), Repsol – AEROPUERTO, S.N, 07611 Palma, Îles Baléares, qui propose lavage et aspiration.

Si cette condition n’est pas remplie, les frais suivants seront appliqués pour couvrir le nettoyage professionnel :

  • 🚙 Intérieur sale : sable, boue ou saleté générale sur les tapis de sol ou moquettes.

En cas de non-respect, le montant sera facturé via la plateforme de réservation.

🔸 Processus final de restitution

  1. Avant de signer la restitution, des photos seront prises ensemble via l’application pour documenter l’état final du véhicule : extérieur, intérieur, kilométrage et niveau de carburant.
  2. Après la fin du processus, un transfert gratuit vers l’aéroport sera proposé (à 2 minutes du lieu de restitution).
