Rent Villas Mallorca is a website that publishes holiday homes in Mallorca offered by their owners, together with other services for your stay.
You can check availability and book the homes through our website. The booking, the rental agreement and the payment are made directly with the owner of each home, who receives the payment. Rent Villas Mallorca does not receive any payment or commission for the rental of the homes.
Rent Villas Mallorca publishes the information provided by the owners of the homes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of the homes at all times. Guests should check the details, prices and conditions before confirming their booking.
Rent Villas Mallorca is not liable for any damage, loss or injury that may occur during the stay or from the use of the homes. Any issue or claim about the accommodation will be resolved between the guest and the owner.
Each home has its own cancellation policy, set by its owner and shown before you confirm your booking. Rent Villas Mallorca is not responsible for cancellations or changes to bookings.
The services shown on our website (vehicle hire, bike rental and transfers) are displayed as a catalogue. These services are booked through an external platform, where their terms, price and payment method are shown.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided solely for convenience. Rent Villas Mallorca has no control over the content of these sites and assumes no responsibility for them.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
